Whitstable Yacht Club

The club has a great playground right in front of the veranda – a shallow sheltered estuary running into the North Sea. The slipway and beaches make launching and recovery easy and races through the summer months are managed from our committee boat ‘Slotty’ to give great courses with all wind directions. It’s no surprise that the club has a beach full of dinghies and catamarans with racks for boards, kayaks and SUP’s. We believe it’s the best sailing in the southeast with the best racing you’ll find for some distance! The club is supported by professional staff who assist volunteer members in its management.
