What to bring to the demo
You don't need to prepare anything formal. A few rough numbers and a couple of links is enough for us to make the call useful. If you haven't got something to hand, no worries - we'll help you work it out.
The more we know up front, the more we can tailor the demo to your sailing club rather than running through generic features.

No setup fees, no hidden onboarding charges. The above is included for every club joining SailHQ. The only thing we ask is that you give us honest feedback during your free period - it is how we keep making the platform better.

The ones we hear most often from sailing clubs at the start.
Yes. Early access clubs get six months free with full access to every feature. No card details required to start, and you can cancel any time during the free period without giving a reason.
No problem. Tell us, we will help you export your data in standard CSV format, and that is the end of it. There are no contracts to break and no exit fees. The six months free is genuinely free.
No. If your committee can manage a WhatsApp group and a spreadsheet, they can manage SailHQ. We handle the configuration during onboarding so the first time members log in, the system already reflects how your club runs.
Most do. CSV export is standard across DutyMan, Webcollect, MyClubhouse, and similar tools. If you can get a CSV out, we can get it into SailHQ. If you are stuck with a supplier that will not export, we will help you build a clean member list from what you have.
Send what you have. Past results, duty history, attendance records, photos - we will work with you to decide what is worth migrating and what is best left as an archive. Most clubs only really need the active member list and the current season to get going.
You move onto a normal subscription based on your club size. Pricing is on the pricing page and we will confirm your exact figure before the free period ends. No automatic upgrades, no surprise invoices. If you decide not to continue, we help you export your data.
From the first demo call to members logging in, most clubs get there in under three weeks. The active work on our side is one to two days for configuration and one to two days for data migration. The rest is your club deciding when to send the welcome email.
