About Royal Torbay Yacht Club

The club has a strong racing focus and is keen to attract new sailors and boats to join our regular racing programme running from April through to New Year’s Day. Our racing fleets of IRC Yachts, Cruisers, Sportsboats, SB20s, PY Dinghies and Junior Classes are always keen to get out on the water and go racing. There are always crewing opportunities for new members, especially on Yachts and Sportsboats. The club continually seeks to develop its existing classes and introduce new classes where they complement existing fleets.
