Newburgh Sailing Club

Newburgh Sailing Club is a friendly, volunteer-run dinghy sailing club on the south bank of the River Tay in Fife and is affiliated with the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). We welcome all ages and abilities — from complete beginners to experienced sailors returning to the water — with opportunities to learn, sail socially and take part in racing. Sailing here is both beautiful and rewarding. The brackish tidal waters, shifting winds from the surrounding hills and the strong, ever-changing tidal stream mean no two days are ever the same. The moving water adds challenge and interest to every sail while you enjoy some of the finest scenery on the Tay. You don’t need your own boat or prior experience — just come along, meet the members and see what the club is all about.
