Llandegfedd Sailing Club

Welcome to Llandegfedd Sailing Club, an RYA affiliated club situated at Llandegfedd Lake, an idyllic location between Usk and Pontypool, approximately 8 miles north of Newport.  The facility is managed by Dwr Cymru Welsh Water and is open to visitors and casual Watersports users. The club was established in 1968 and welcomes individuals and families alike to enjoy the pleasure of dinghy sailing in our stunning and safe location. There are racing and training activities to suit all, and we encourage everyone to get involved to make our club the best it can be. You can learn to sail with us, or improve your existing sailing skills, all with our RYA qualified Instructors, so whatever standard of sailor you are.  Or if you just fancy giving it a go we can help you get started. For those who do not own their own boat, but can sail, we have a fleet of adult and junior club boats and members will help you get started via our mentor support scheme.
