Holm Sailing Club

Holm Sailing Club welcomes new members, come and join us for fun sailing, training and racing. The Club operates from the pier in the village of St Marys, Holm, Orkney. Sailing takes place in the sheltered corner of Scapa Flow bounded by the islands of Lamb Holm, Glimps Holm and the famous Churchill Barriers. We share the water with Seals, Gannets and dolphins and all sorts of wonderful marine life. Our keen racers are out on a Tuesday evening whilst our fun sailing members and learners are afloat on a Wednesday with a safety boat and experienced sailors on hand. Aside from sailing we organise social functions across the year and non sailors and parents of younger members are encouraged to come along.
