St Andrews Sailing Club

St. Andrews Sailing Club is based in the old lifeboat shed on the East Sands and was formed in 1957. The club sails several times a week with training taking place on Tuesday evenings and club sailing and racing taking place on Thursdays and Saturdays or Sundays. The club has 21 boats for training and to hire so you don't need your own boat to get on the water. We also run RYA first aid, day skipper theory and powerboat courses. We are a family friendly club and welcome all, be they beginners or competent sailors, swimmers, kayakers, paddleboarders or those just looking to enjoy the social element of the club.
