Penarth Yacht Club

Establised in 1880, the club combines sailing and rowing with a lively social atmosphere with many events through the year. Rowing takes place on the sea in coastal rowing boats and in Barry Dock in fine boats. Training takes place throughout the year and is currently producing some high class male and female competitors. Sailing activity consists of dinghy racing in Enterprise, Laser, Mirror and Feva dinghies. A busy programme of social events occurs throughout the year.
