About East Lancashire Sailing Club
ELSC is situated on Rishton's 37 acre reservoir, near Blackburn with fast access from the motorway. The clubhouse has changing facilities, showers, kitchen, lounge and training areas. The dinghy park is secured and we have slipways and jetties making launching quick and simple.
