ANTRIM BOAT CLUB

Located on the sheltered north east shore of Lough Neagh, Antrim Boat Club sits in woodland just a short walk along the beach from Shanes Castle. Most of our events take place in Antrim Bay giving a safe area of about six square miles while at any time never being out of sight of land. As one of the leading sailing clubs on Lough Neagh, Antrim Boat Club hosts a range of sailing events. We welcome boats and sailors from around the Lough and further afield to participate in our competitive winter series on Sunday afternoons whilst our more relaxed summer series taking place on Thursday evenings throughout the summer months. We are home to Atlantic Challenge NI, a youth training organisation who welcome people from all corners of Northern Ireland. Antrim Boat Club welcomes all water sporting events and we will work collaboratively with any group, club or association to promote water sports activities on Lough Neagh.
