Yachting New Zealand represents affiliated yacht and boating clubs. A club must be affiliated if it wants to run racing under the Racing Rules of Sailing.

It can keep member categories and the responsible officer clear. The club still submits the official return through Yachting New Zealand.
Yes. Link the category, inspection or dispensation decision to the event and the officer who checked it.
No. SailHQ manages club records. Race scoring, fee collection and formal accounts stay in specialist systems.
Yes. The committee can set local roles and record the training the club accepts.
The main app and database are hosted in the UK. Clubs abroad should include this in their privacy review.
SailHQ records payment status but does not collect fees. Clubs can keep using BECS Direct Debit or their current provider.
